Community-Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE)
BAC has been designated by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) to provide Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) services. If you’re 21 or older, you can build skills for getting and keeping a job, pursuing education, making new friends, connecting with your community, and living more independently.
Program information
Individuals who are 21 years and above with a Medicaid HARP plan, or are eligible for one, can access resources, skills and essential services that are needed to unlock their best potential. Participants will be able to gain skills around getting and retaining a job, going to school, meeting new friends, connecting with the community and living more independently.
